Helvarix Systems (“Helvarix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a distributed engineering, simulation, and research platform.

Data within Helvarix is treated as operational telemetry contributing to a broader system, not as a commodity.

This Privacy Framework explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account details (email, username)

  • Submitted simulations, designs, datasets, and code

  • Communications with Helvarix

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage data and interaction logs

  • Device/browser information

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Performance and diagnostic metrics

2.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed via Stripe.
Helvarix does not store full payment credentials.

3. How We Use Information

We use data to:

  • Operate and maintain the platform

  • Execute simulations and generate outputs

  • Improve system performance and reliability

  • Ensure security and prevent abuse

  • Develop new features, products, and services

We do not sell personal data.

Helvarix operates as a distributed system (“the Array”).

When you submit data, designs, or simulations:

  • Your data may be integrated into system-wide processing

  • It may contribute to aggregate insights, models, or discoveries

You retain ownership of your submissions, but system-level outputs are part of Helvarix.
